Zach Steiner:
Zach Steiner is an American-born singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose music blends the soul of Roots Americana with a gritty, unpolished edge he calls Gutter Folk. His songs swing between biting and vulnerable, delivered with a raw, authentic voice forged by a life lived recklessly and boldly.
Raised in a musical household, Zach grew up surrounded by instruments and weekly band rehearsals, teaching himself piano, violin, trumpet, bass, and guitar before dedicating his post-high-school years to playing in bands with seasoned musicians. Those years became a crash course in artistry and performance, leading him to a full-time career in music.
As a session musician, he’s performed alongside John Popper (Blues Traveler) and Lightnin’ Luke (The Bridge City Sinners) and recorded with legendary producer Ed Stasium (The Ramones). Now based in the Netherlands, Zach channels his introspection and restless creativity into original music that serves as both therapy and connection—a process he calls Musical Alchemy.
