Hosted in collaboration with Avril Dalin (@wellwithavril), this FREE all-levels yoga session is located on a lush greenway right next to a neighborhood farmers market 🌳
It's the perfect way to wake up and stretch before grabbing your coffee, fresh autumn produce, flowers, and brekkie from the market! 🥕💐 Just bring your own mat and pack some layers for the Outer Sunset morning chill!
Yoga with Avril is every first and third Sunday of the month. The class is completely free, but donations after class are welcome and appreciated — and go directly to the instructor!
The Outer Sunset Farmers Market & Mercantile is every Sunday from 9am to 2pm, rain (or fog) or shine, at 37th Ave & Pacheco St in San Francisco. Find fresh produce, hot food, all-ages arts & crafts at Artship, and seasonal programming!
