Natasha Cambell, LICSW, MBA

Natasha D. Campbell, LICSW, MBA, is a clinical social worker, educator, organizational wellness consultant, and the founder and CEO of Multicultural Clinical Services, LLC, a multi-state psychotherapy and wellness practice serving communities across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, Florida, and Washington, D.C.
With nearly two decades of experience, Natasha is recognized for creating transformative spaces where individuals, families, communities, and organizations can confront trauma, strengthen resilience, and reclaim emotional wellness. Her work brings together culturally responsive clinical practice, organizational leadership, education, and a deep commitment to equity and social justice.
In August 2026, Natasha joined Elms College as an Assistant Professor, building upon her longstanding teaching career in social work education. She also serves on the faculty at Smith College School for Social Work, where she has taught courses addressing clinical practice, systemic oppression, mental health disparities, anti-racism, and human behavior. Her teaching is grounded in cultural humility, relational practice, and liberation-centered approaches that encourage students to connect theory, identity, and lived experience.
Natasha is also the creator of Soul Sessions, a healing-centered initiative offering intentional spaces for women, LGBTQIA+ communities, people of color, and others seeking rest, reflection, connection, and renewal. Through therapy, education, consultation, clinical supervision, and community engagement, she remains committed to building institutions and communities that center healing, justice, belonging, and sustainable transformation.
Natasha holds a Master of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Social Work from Barry University. She is a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work and a licensed clinical social worker across multiple states.

Alysia is an entrepreneur, educator, media personality, and performer whose voice and creative vision have inspired audiences across radio, stage, community platforms, and now on WEIB The Vibe online radio, which brings “Funky Jazz, Classic Soul, and Global Grooves” to listeners worldwide via www.WEIBtheVibe.com.
A native of greater Springfield, MA, Alysia graduated from Tuskegee University in mechanical engineering, then built a diverse career in engineering, education, marketing, media, and advocacy. She held leadership roles with Springfield Public Schools, YMCA of Greater Springfield, Camp Atwater, and SOWEGA Rising, where she advocated for the health needs of rural south Georgians at both the state and national levels.
Alysia loves God, loves people, and loves the arts. A multi-hyphenate creative, she is a singer, Frank Hatchett-trained dancer, actress, Justin Haynes “Jus10H” model, poet, voice-over artist, and inspirational speaker whose authenticity, humor, warmth, and radiant personality leave a lasting impact wherever she goes.
In 2026, Alysia will release her upcoming book, Check One Box: Reflections on Race, Ethnicity, and Color. She is a proud mother of four, grandmother of two, and member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Nadia Sims is the Poet Laureate for the Town of Manchester. Currently, the poet is focused on spreading her message of grace across CT, NY, and MA. The Princeton graduate is the proud author of A Soft Place to Land, We Know the Dark and Apostle, Interrupted.
