🎢 The Great Marble RunThanks to Rodney Local Board!
Join us for a large-scale collaborative engineering experience where the entire community works together to build one giant marble run using reclaimed materials and loose parts! Every participant contributes a section, gradually connecting individual ideas into one extraordinary shared creation.
Children naturally become inventors and designers while adults rediscover the joy of playful problem-solving. There's no competition here - only collaboration. Each event is unique because it's designed entirely by the community.
What's on offer:
🎢 A giant, community-built marble run made from reclaimed materials and loose parts
🧠 A chance to think like an engineer through hands-on, creative play
♻️ Sustainability in action through creative reuse
Who can join:
👨👩👧👦 Everyone - children become inventors, adults rediscover playful problem-solving, and it's designed entirely by the community who shows up
What to bring:
💡 Your imagination and inventive spirit
🙌 A willingness to collaborate
👨👩👧👦 Friends and whānau to build alongside
🙏 Proudly supported by Rodney Local Board.
