This first cafecito is rooted in [Valery Mora’s Full Wattage](https://freethebaddies.com/p/full-wattage-on-visibility-sharing?r=3479qo) love letter on visibility, the long journey back to yourself, and learning not to treat fear as proof that you should disappear. Facilitated by the incomparable Valery herself, we will move through a series of exercises that help us meet the visibility wound with honesty and tenderness.
**What to expect:**
- Throat-chakra exercises to open up your voice
- Guided visibility practice in front of a small group of women
- Collective creation of a visibility mantra
- A closing cafecito ritual to claim your new powers
