Curious about sound baths?
Never tried one before? No problem! A sound bath is a chance to take a break from the busyness of everyday life and simply relax while listening to the sounds and vibrations of instruments, including singing bowls, drums and other soothing sounds.
There’s nothing you need to do, no special skills required and absolutely no experience needed. Just come along, get comfortable and let yourself switch off for a while. You can lie down on a mat or sit comfortably in a chair, and both will be provided.
Feel free to bring along anything that will help you relax, such as a blanket, cushion, eye mask or cosy socks. The more comfortable you are, the better!
A little note before booking: Sound baths may not be suitable for everyone. Please get in touch before attending if you have a pacemaker, sound-sensitive epilepsy or are pregnant, so we can discuss whether the session is suitable for you.
Come as you are, give yourself permission to pause, and enjoy a little time just for you. Best of all, it's completely free!
