Starting in October Stitched Up are running a FREE 10 week course at Miles Platting Community Library,teaching a range of creative sewing, upcycling, and repair skills.
WHAT IS RETHREAD HUBS?
ReThread Hubs is a new project to create a network of sustainable textile hubs, to help communities reuse
textiles and repair, and upcycle their clothes. The Hubs will divert domestic textile waste from landfill and
provide access to skills, equipment, and clothing for those that need it.
Come to the introductory session on 13th October to learn all about the course, try your hand at repair of your clothes, and sign up to the hub
