QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer. Three simple steps that anyone can learn to support someone in crisis. This free training will teach you how to recognize the warning signs of suicide, respond with care and confidence, and connect individuals to the help they need.
Just like CPR, QPR equips everyday people to take action in an emergency. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and make a difference.
✨ What you’ll gain:
• Tools to recognize warning signs and suicidal communication
• Confidence to start a conversation and offer support
• Guidance on how to refer someone to appropriate resources
• A QPR booklet and resource card for real-life situations
