At TheVibeCheck, we provide a forum where young adults can become more confident versions of themselves and build more meaningful connections with others. We believe this can be progressively achieved through a range of exercises focusing on public speaking, improv acting and debating.

So why should you attend a TheVibeCheck session?

• We specifically tailor our sessions to young adults (aged 18-35) with a common goal of improving themselves. Although we welcome all levels of expertise, our sessions are mainly designed for young adults who have little to no experience in public speaking, improv and debating. Think of this as an evolution of your secondary school drama lesson!
• We provide a safe and intimate space where you can express yourself, learn and make friends with like-minded individuals. Our number of attendees are appropriately sized to ensure you get the most out of the session.
• We focus on a unique blend of public speaking, improv and debating exercise, equipping you with a range of skills to become a more confident version of yourself. A typical session can include icebreakers, warm-up exercises, short speeches, improv, feedback and reflections.
• Finally, we will provide free refreshments as we launch our first-ever TheVibeCheck session!
