Maybe you've been thinking about trying Pilates for a while. Perhaps you're looking to get stronger, move more comfortably, improve your mobility — or simply do something positive for yourself.
Or maybe you're just not sure whether Pilates is really for you.
This morning is a chance to come along, meet me, have a go and see what you think — without any pressure. We'll start with a little introduction to who I am, why I teach Pilates and what my classes are all about, before moving into a friendly Pilates session suitable for a range of abilities.
Then we'll finish with a drink, a chat and time to mingle, ask questions and get to know each other. No previous Pilates experience is needed.
You don't need to be fit or flexible. And there's absolutely no expectation to sign up for a class afterwards. Just come along, move your body, meet some lovely local people and spend a relaxed Sunday morning with me. 🤍
