We’re bringing parkour into the community - creating a fun, inclusive space where everyone can move, play and challenge themselves, no matter their experience level.

Obstacle course-style activities designed for all abilities
A supportive environment to build confidence, coordination and strength 💪
Whether you’re trying parkour for the first time or already love to move, there’s something here for everyone!
🙌 Facilitated sessions
Experienced Flow coaches will guide participants through activities and support them to learn new skills at their own pace.
Caregivers are encouraged to assist younger children
Older participants are welcome to explore independently
