Mondays from 4:30 - 5:30 pm
This weekly Mobility and Stretch Class is designed to improve flexibility, increase joint range of motion, and enhance overall body awareness.
Through a series of guided stretches, mobility drills, and controlled movements, you will work toward unlocking tight muscles, improving posture, and reducing the risk of injury.
The class is suitable for all fitness levels and is especially beneficial for athletes, desk workers, and anyone looking to move more freely in their daily life.

About TaskForce
TaskForce Prevention and Community Services is a multi-service, grassroots organization committed to improving the sexual health and overall well-being of LGBTQ+ youth of Color in Chicago by providing a safe space for fellowship, HIV/STI screening and education, and on-site referrals to medical, housing, and other social services.
