About this Event
15 Oct - Sleep to Support Mental Health
Practitioner: Nicky Mulligan
A session on the connection between sleep and emotional wellbeing, especially for parents juggling family pressures. When sleep improves, everything from anxiety to overwhelm eases - and I can share simple, gentle strategies to be implemented straight away to support mental health.
22 Oct - Breathwork
Practitioner: Kerry Miller
A gentle breathwork session to support mental health. The session would include calming, grounding, and energising breathing techniques to help reduce stress, release emotions, and boost clarity and focus. The session also supports co-regulation, connection and a shared sense of calm and well being.
12 Nov - Tension and Trauma Release Exercise (TRE) Workshop
Practitioner: Kristina Matej
Our bodies possess the ability to literally shake stress and trauma off, if we allow it time and space. Tension and Trauma Release Exercise (TRE) is a simple tool that support us in doing this. It helps us to trust and to listen to our bodies again, and to hold the space for whatever rises to the surface, leaving us feeling calm, grounded and resilient.
12 Nov - Managing your Relationship with Stress
Practitioner: Shivaun McCullough
Change your relationship with stress. In this workshop each person identifies the heart of their issue and I coach them through these lenses to get unstuck and find a window of change that ultimately changes how they feel about the issue.
19 Nov - Nutrition and Mental Health
Practitioner: Amber Silverman
Using nutrition to support mental health is invaluable. We’d explore the many aspects that are worth considering for women, from the consumption of essential fats, to looking at the gut brain axis and why digestive health affects cognition, to blood sugar levels and how their imbalance can affect mood and anxiety.
26 Nov - Exploring how Homeopathy can Support Mental Health
Practitioner: Nicole Schubert-Nicolas
Homeopathy is a healthcare system that looks at the whole person rather than the diagnosis. It can be particularly helpful in supporting emotional wellbeing. This session would introduce this approach through discussion and reflection, encouraging greater self-awareness and self-care in an accessible, non-clinical format.
