First Friday craft each month from 5 - 6pm

This First Friday, kids will explore their creativity while making their own craft. Each child will work on an individual art project celebrating the theme of the month.
This month's craft, Pumpking Card Making, is great for building STEAM skills, like fine motor control, hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, mathematical planning while also fostering patience, focus and creativity.
We offer a new craft each month. First Friday Free Kids Crafts are a wonderful way for kids to develop their fine motor skills, artistic expression, and confidence in a supportive, fun environment.
We can't wait to see you here on Friday, October 2nd! RSVP below so we have enough supplies for everyone!
*This project is great for children of all ages. Young children may need help from an accompanying adult.
Each month the craft changes, so pop in while you're visiting and get crafty!
IN HONOR OF DIA DE LOS MUERTOS
On October 2nd, we're also hosting a special afternoon‑evening of family‑friendly craft in celebration of Día de los Muertos this month! From 4–7pm, makers of all ages are invited to create paper flowers, mini altars, and festive crowns in honor of the upcoming holiday.
Donations are welcome for participating in these activities. A contribution of $15 per person is appreciated to help us cover our costs.
ABOUT FIRST FRIDAYS AT SAN DIEGO CRAFT COLLECTIVE
On the first Friday of every month, the Arts District in Liberty Station is packed with ways to enjoy the best in life! Whether your visit includes a waterfront walk, a picturesque picnic, a bite & drink from one of the great restaurants or public market, or a bit of fun shopping, our doors will be open on First Friday from 5 - 7pm, ready to share craft with you, along with:
- A Free, Family-Friendly Craft for Kids (from 5-6pm)
- A Studio Tour
- Visit our Organic Garden
