Join Healthy Start of Lake County for free infant massage classes designed to build lasting bonds and attachment between you and your baby while connecting with other parents in your community.
Infant massage is a gentle, nurturing practice that supports your baby’s physical and emotional well-being. Through soothing touch, it can help improve sleep, ease digestion, relieve discomfort from gas or colic, and strengthen the bond between you and your baby. Each session is calm, baby-led, and designed to help both parent and child feel more relaxed, connected, and confident.
Led by Yasmin Santos, a certified Infant Massage Educator, these classes welcome infants aged 0–12 months and meet Tuesdays from September 1st through 29th, 12–1 PM at your local Florida Blue Center - Clermont.
