This September we’re launching Train for the Trails, a nationwide, 4-week training program to help you take your running where you want to go. Join us in-store for 4 free educational clinics, product demos, a grand prize $1000 MEC gift card giveaway and gear for your run whether it’s your first trail or your hundredth mile.
Each clinic will cover an important pillar of your run training and race day prep. The sessions will be about 45 minutes to one hour and will be led by one of our running obsessed MEC staffers.
Clinic Topics:
Developed with elite running coaches Carol-Ann and Jeremy Rolle to cover the essentials every runner needs to train for 10ks to ultra distances.
