About this Event
Texas Sports Academy and Foro Soccer Skills are hosting a free soccer and performance training session at EXOS Plano. Athletes get a taste of a real Foro camp day. They train on the outdoor turf with Foro's professional coaches, then move into the EXOS weight room for a performance training block. Players are grouped by age and ability, so first-timers and experienced players both get the right level of challenge, and siblings can come together.
Each class includes:
Ball skills and passing with Foro coaches
Finishing and small-sided games
EXOS speed and agility training
Balance and injury prevention work
Parents are welcome to stay, join the warm-up and take the facility tour. Families can also stay after to see the Foro Homeschool Academy session at 2:00 PM.

Free parking. Check in with Foro staff at the EXOS Performance Training Hub entrance.
Who can attend
Athletes in grades 3 to 12 (ages 8 to 18) of every experience level.
What to bring
Athletic clothes, cleats or turf shoes, shin guards and a water bottle. Sneakers are fine for first-timers who don't have cleats. Every athlete also needs to complete the waiver before arriving. We will email the link after you RSVP.
This event is free and sponsored by Texas Sports Academy, an online school built for student athletes, but you must RSVP to attend.
Reserve one free ticket for each athlete. Parents do not need a ticket. If you already registered on the Texas Sports Academy community event page, please do not register again here.
