This ritual blends rhythm, movement, and communal energy to create a trance supported space for release and empowerment. It is not a musical or performance based drum circle or drum jam. Instead, we use a steady universal drone beat — a rhythmic pattern found across cultures — to support easy access to shamanic trance states.Participants may drum, rattle, chant, move, or simply sit within the rhythm. Movement is welcome but never required. Hand drums, frame drums, djembes, shamanic drums, rattles, and tambourines are all appropriate. A guided chanting section using voice modulation techniques helps deepen the trance and unify the group’s energy field.
This ritual uses universal rhythmic entrainment to support grounding, activation, and embodied expression.
Please bring water to drink.
