Overview
Thinking about selling your home but not sure what the first step should be?
This free one-on-one consultation is a chance to sit down with a licensed NC & SC Realtor and talk through your specific situation, timeline, questions, and options before making any decisions.
We can talk about things like:
- when you may want to sell
- what you should do before putting your home on the market
- updates or repairs that may or may not be worth doing
- how pricing and market preparation work
- what selling costs can look like
- what happens from listing through closing
- what your options are if you also need to buy another home
- whether selling now actually makes sense for your goals
You do not need to be ready to list immediately. You may be planning months ahead, considering your options, or simply trying to understand what selling would involve.
In-person consultations are held at a Charlotte-area coffee shop. Virtual appointments are also available if needed. I work with homeowners throughout the Charlotte metro and surrounding NC & SC areas.
If we decide a more detailed home-specific evaluation would be helpful, we can schedule that separately after our initial conversation.
