Join us for a free yoga class for beginners, based on Forrest Yoga!
My name is Giannis. I am a newly trained Forrest Yoga teacher, and the classes will be taught in English. Everyone is welcome, and no previous yoga experience is needed. The aim is to create a space where you can explore yoga, movement, breathing, and strength at your own pace.
****Every Saturday 08:30–09:30 at Romsås Kulturhus***
The activity is free of charge, classes in English, beginners are welcome and no registration required.
We have Yoga Mats and props, but if you want you can bring your own :)
