About : Trail-5 is the lush green trail covered with trees. Join us for this healthy activity in today's busy life where most of us don't care about our health and can't take out much time for exercise and physical activities. Hiking is a very natural way of exercising your body and muscles and boost your stamina to a significant level.
FOOD: BRING 1 DISH ,Chocolates, biscuits, sandwiches, juice and 1.5 LITRE bottle of water is highly recommended!
Note: This is to inform all of you, no one will be left behind... so for those who are coming for the first time need not to worry about their stamina.
