Breathwork journeys support you to move out of the mind and into the body to explore and connect to the healing wisdom that exists inside of you. No experience is needed, and there is no complicated steps to learn. You may bring your own comfort items or use the ones provided to create a comfy nest for your journey.
You can expect intentional breath instruction, deep meditation, chakra aligned music and a supportive safe space to rest, explore and activate your intuitive guidance.
