Breathwork in Pan Pacific Park
Join us for an evening of collective breathwork under the open sky. This is an invitation to pause, come together as a community, and ground — to drop out of your head and back into your body, surrounded by others doing the same.
Bring a mat, water, and an open mind. No experience necessary.
This is the first of what we hope will be many gatherings like this — building a space in the park where we can return, again and again, to breathe and connect.

🕕 6:00 – 7:30 PM This session offers conscious connected breathwork — a guided practice using continuous, circular breathing to help release physical and emotional tension, shift stuck patterns, and access deeper states of relaxation and clarity. Sessions are supported with music, guidance, and a safe container for whatever comes up, whether that’s physical sensation, emotion, or insight. No experience is necessary — just a willingness to breathe.
Because this practice can bring on intense physical and emotional release, I’ll need to screen you for a handful of health contraindications before the session. Most conditions don’t rule you out entirely — they usually just mean I’ll modify the practice for you so you can still participate fully :

Conscious connected breathwork can bring on intense physical and emotional release. If you have any of the following, please don’t participate in a session:
∙ Retinal detachment
∙ Untreated high blood pressure
∙ Glaucoma
∙ Recent major surgery
∙ Cardiovascular disease
∙ History of angina or heart attack
∙ Schizophrenia or bipolar disorder
∙ Pregnancy
If you have asthma, please consult your primary care physician before participating, and bring your inhaler to the session.
