About this Event
For Befriending Week 2026, we're partnering with the Befriending Networks to offer an experience that celebrates the power of conversation and social connection.
As you fly 90 metres above the River Thames, you'll share a cabin with other Befriending Week ticket holders. Please do ask eachother questions in the cabin to spark conversation and get you chatting.
Each ticket includes a free hot drink (Tea/coffee) and round trip on the Cable Car. Please book 1 ticket per person.
After booking your slot, you will receive an email confirmation. Please arrive on site at the Greenwich Peninsula Terminal at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
The Befriending Week Cable Car Experience will run from Monday 2nd - Friday 6th November 2026.
As part of the launch of Befriending Week on Monday 2 November, we are partnering with the Volunteer Centre Greenwich, who will be hosting a Games and Connections event to bring people together and encourage new friendships.
* Please note that during extreme weather, Transport for London may have to stop the service which may lead to the event being cancelled at short notice.
