About this Event
You said "I've got it" in the meeting. Then you went home and replayed it for hours.
You got the promotion, and the question crept in the next morning: do I actually belong in this seat?
Part of you wants to lead. The other part keeps asking: what if I'm not good enough, and what if I don't know what to do?
Everyone looks to you for the answer, and you are still working out the question.

Coaching for the Community is back for its 10th edition on Saturday, 7 November. Nine editions in, hundreds of people have walked away with real breakthroughs, and our community has raised almost S$25,000 for charity along the way. For the 10th time running it is completely pro-bono, with optional donations through giving.sg to our selected charity, Ambulance Wish Singapore.
What this is about
People who lead carry a particular kind of weight. Whether you manage ten people, run a business or hold a household together, there is an inner game underneath the role: the doubt, the pressure, and the question of who you are becoming in the seat you are in. Coaching is where you get to say that out loud and think it through with someone who is fully on your side.
Then there are the people who want to step up and are scared to. Maybe you have been the unofficial leader on your team for a year, or a bigger role is waiting for you to say yes. You do not need to know what to do before you walk in. Working it out with a coach is how many people find out they were readier than they thought.
Leading, or getting ready to, is only one way in. Others arrive with a decision about work or money they keep putting off, a big change they are still absorbing, a pattern that keeps repeating, or a feeling they cannot quite name. Everyone leaves the afternoon with a coach.
On 7 November you meet a room of ECI-trained coaches with backgrounds in HR, tech, entrepreneurship, leadership and more, each of whom has been through their own turning point and come out the other side. You are matched with the coach who suits you. After the event, you have up to 3 free 1-on-1 sessions with your matched coach, at your own pace and on your own terms. The afternoon is the introduction, and the coaching happens in those sessions afterwards. There is no sales pitch and nobody telling you what to do with your life.
