Enrollment is open for our next Elemental Goddess Yoga Teacher Training.Elemental Yoga has relocated to the SUNSHINE COAST and our next trainings will be hosted by the Mooloolaba Wellness Centre in Mooloolaba QLD.
Join us in October for our foundation module where we will explore the EARTH element. You will learn the MUlA yoga flow, a sequence I developed while in Uluru, inspired by the powerful earth energy around me. We will also explore pranayama practices, meditations, mudras, mantras and so much more.
