During the Fossil Fun! Program, participants will learn about the different types of fossils and how they are formed. Each participant will also receive a fossil-themed activity kit, complete a fossil necklace craft and be awarded a fossil fun patch. This program is designed for troops or individuals with an adult chaperone. Adult chaperones should also register for this event to meet Safety Activity Checkpoints youth to adult ratios. There is no cost for adult registration. All adults attending must comply with GSJS's policies and procedures.
Non-members can register and try out this program and experience Girl Scouts in a fun way. The entrance to the museum area is located on the corner of Somerset St. and George St. (through the black iron gates). If you are arriving by car(s), you can park at any of the parking meters on the surrounding streets (College Ave, Easton Ave, Somerset St, Hamilton St, Seminary Place and George St) or at any of the garages or lots in the area.
