Get ready for Forsyth Woman Magazine’s 2026 Shop Hop Event, happening Saturday, November 14th from 9 AM – 4 PM throughout the Winston‑Salem area! This self‑guided shopping experience invites you to explore a curated lineup of local boutiques, specialty shops, and women‑owned businesses — all at your own pace. It’s the perfect way to discover new favorites, support small businesses, and make meaningful connections with other Forsyth women.And this year, we’re keeping it super simple.

There’s no starting line, no complicated schedule and no requirement to visit every location. Just grab your Shop Hop passport, choose your route and start wherever you’d like.
When you arrive at a participating business, look for the Shop Hop QR code at checkout and check in. That’s it!
Visit one shop or see how many you can fit into your day. Every check-in gives you another chance to win Shop Hop prizes, and checking in at all participating locations puts you in the running for the Grand Prize.
We’re kicking things off at Forsyth Humane Society, located at 4881 Country Club Road in Winston-Salem. Stop by to pick up your wristband and passport, grab a coffee and get ready for your Shop Hop adventure. It’s also a great place to meet up with friends or coordinate a carpool before heading out to shop!
What Can You Shop?
From athleisure and shoes at Fleet Feet Sports to consignment treasures featuring both clothing and home décor at Etc. Consignment Shoppe, there’s a little something for everyone.
You’ll find cozy boutiques like Wood & Thread and Simply Sterling & Company, along with Fraleigh’s and Accent Prone, where you can browse home décor, jewelry, clothing and gifts.
And that’s exactly what we love about the Shop Hop: shopping local and discovering the businesses, makers, designers and local favorites that make our community so special.

And Then There’s the Grand Prize…
One lucky Shop Hop shopper will win a one-of-a-kind custom artwork experience valued at $800, created by local artist Elijah Kell of Kell Glass.
Elijah started building and creating when he was just 10 years old, and at only 21, he has turned that lifelong passion into a creative business centered around custom art and collaboration.
The winner won’t simply receive a piece of artwork selected from a shelf. Instead, they’ll work directly with Elijah to create something completely original and personal—a truly one-of-a-kind piece made just for them.

The Forsyth Woman Shop Hop is completely FREE to participate. Exclusive store specials and discounts will also be offered to Shop Hop participants throughout the day.
While there’s no cost to participate, advance registration is greatly appreciated. It helps our participating businesses prepare for all of the Shop Hoppers who will be joining us!
