Event Schedule (Approximate Timing)

? 06:30 PM – Welcome & Networking

Arrive, purchase drinks and nibbles from the bar on the ground floor.
Bring them to the event room and enjoy informal networking.

? 07:00 PM – Participant Introductions

Each participant has 1–2 minutes to introduce themselves.
Example: “Hi, I’m J-F, a professional with expertise in Public Relations, Catering Consultancy, and Events. I bring people together and make things happen!”
Keep introductions short and engaging—guests can follow up with questions afterward.

? 07:30 PM – Guest Speaker & Q&A

Featured talk followed by an interactive Q&A session.

? 08:00 PM – Dinner

Choose and pay for your meal at the bar in the brasserie on the ground floor.
Advance booking is required so that tables can be reserved.
Attendees may stay in the event room or join the group at the bar.

? 09:30 PM – Carriages

Event wraps up.
