About this Event
Forest Bathing, or “Shinrin-Yoku,” is an evidence-based wellness practice originating in Japan. It’s a slow, guided walk on an easy trail with a sequence of meditations, nature poetry and a gratitude tea, that invites participants to slow down and mindfully experience nature around them. Unlike hiking or exercise, it’s a slow walk that emphasizes presence and relaxation —using all five senses to engage with the forest.
