We go around the room. You say your name, your business, and the most

Then we take three of those leaks and price them live on the whiteboard. Hours per week, loaded hourly cost, monthly total. Real arithmetic, in front of everyone, using your numbers.
Then we walk through what an actual fix looks like for two of them.
