About this Event
Join us for a hands-on work party as we care for and grow our community food forest! Activities vary with the season and the needs of the garden, and may include harvesting for the farm stand, pruning, propagation, planting, clearing blackberries and invasive species, spreading wood chips and compost, building compost piles, and learning about food forestry and regenerative farming practices.
Tools are provided, but please bring your own gloves if you have them. When available, volunteers are welcome to take home cuttings and fresh food as a thank-you for sharing their time and energy.
