Throughout this weekend we weave together Contact Improvisation & somatics to invite ourselves to feel deeply at home in the body and in movement.
Our location is wonderful Lü7 farm, which is an old three-sided farm-house in the High Fläming region, near the district town of Bad Belzig. Located within the High Fläming Nature Park, it is only an hour from Berlin and Leipzig.
During these days together we will have time to dance, connect, practice and rest. Being nourished on different levels. Daytime we will have classes of contact improvisation and somatics. The Evenings are dedicated for jamming, and integrating through dancing, or resting & digesting. Hof Lü7 has also sauna in their garden, for us to soothen our dancing bodies. After jamming & sauna, we can sit by the fireside and watch the stars.
We are happy to have AndieSounds and her music with us ! She will accompany the evening jams with her sounds, co-creating the space with sound & movement
The weekend is fully catered with nourishing vegetarian food cooked by Laura, our wonderful cook.
We are looking forward meeting you !
