Danny’s classes at XCHC are back! Join us for a fortnight flow yoga session on Wednesdays from 5:45 to 6:45pm! 😍 As usual, koha/donation based, or free if you need it. There will be spare mats.
There will be an ecstatic dance just after the session. Sounds like the perfect evening! 🥰 Warm up with yoga, then embark on a dance journey!
Tickets for the ecstatic dance will be available at the door.
