Flow, breathe, and unwind with Jason. Build gentle heat, slow things down, and settle into restorative stillness
About this Event

Join Jason for Flow & Restore, a thoughtfully paced practice that blends steady movement with restorative moments designed to help you build warmth, slow down, and reconnect.

The practice will begin with an accessible flow, linking breath and movement while building gentle heat and awareness. We’ll gradually transition into longer, more restorative shapes, creating space to release tension, settle the nervous system, and turn inward. Heavily influenced by Yin and Restorative Yoga, the class offers a balance of movement, stillness, and mindful pacing.

Options and modifications will be offered throughout, making the practice welcoming to a range of experience levels while still providing opportunities to explore and deepen your practice.

This is a donation-based class, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the NW Community Food Bank and Van Ness Main Street, helping support the organizations and community that make these gatherings possible.

Please bring your own mat. Some props will be provided, though you are welcome to bring any additional props you prefer, such as blocks, straps, or blankets. 18+

As part of Yoga on Connecticut, our community yoga project, we're excited to continue creating opportunities for neighbors to gather through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.

Plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and set up your space before class begins.
