About this Event
Winter to Spring Yoga Workshop for Release & Renewal
Move out of winter slumber and step into spring with intention
Out with the old - in with the NEW!
Late winter can leave us feeling heavy, sluggish, and emotionally stuck. Ayurvedadescribes this time as Kapha season - lending itself to low energy, mental fog, and a sense of stagnation.
Flow & Let Go is a 2-hour seasonal workshop designed around the water element to gently balance out Kapha energy and support a natural transition into spring.
Through breathwork, somatic movement, flowing yoga, reflection, and a release ritual, you’ll be guided to let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with a sense of lightness, clarity, and inner momentum.
Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate, supportive environment. Early booking is recommended.
What to Expect
• Balancing breathwork to stimulate circulation and energy
• Gentle somatic movement to melt stiffness
• A rhythmic yoga practice to build warmth and momentum
• A short talk on Kapha season, cyclical health, and spring renewal
