TRAMPOLINE FITNESS WORKOUT
Get ready to bounce, sweat, and have some FUN! Join us for an energizing trampoline workout from our instructor Brittany. The workout combines cardio, coordination, balance, and strength through low-impact bouncing movements. This full-body experience is designed to get your heart pumping, challenge your body, and leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the day.
Whether you’re a fitness lover or trying something new, this is your chance to step outside your comfort zone, move your body, and enjoy the power of movement in community.
No trampoline experience necessary. Just come ready to bounce!
