Outdoor expressive dance sessions held at Mount Drury (on the grass area near the pathway at the ocean side of the park). Tuesday's during school term time, 9.30-10.30am, $20 cash or bank transfer.I take time to put together a varied playlist each week and draw on my Nia Dance technique training and various Somatic movement experience to host an "expression session" These sessions are a mix of facilitator led movement and encouragement of self expression and tuning in to your own natural rhythm. We enjoy meditation to finish so it's a great combo for the mind, body and soul. All welcome. xox
