Flow And Reset: A 75-Minute Vinyasa to Restorative Yoga Class
Join Chenai on December 5, 2026 at 3:45 PM (GMT) at MoreYoga Peckham Rye for a cozy session designed to help you find your winter rest in this otherwise busy season. This 75-minute class gently moves from a gentle but warming Vinyasa flow into calming restorative poses, giving you the perfect chance to reset both body and mind as the colder months settle in.
This session invites you to slow down and sink into comfort, leaving you balanced and ready for the season ahead.
A portion of profits will be donated to Brain Cancer Research in memory of Chenais' Dad who has inspired this event.
