About this Event
Every investor runs into the same three walls: finding deals worth doing, keeping a GC on budget and on schedule, and figuring out how to scale without running out of hours. This November, we’re pulling up a chair with an Atlanta investor who has worked through all three.
Leyla Issou sources her own deals off the MLS, manages her GC through every phase of the rehab, and handles the listing herself, all while working full time as a Finance Manager. Today she’s leading a redevelopment project in Brookhaven that includes renovating an existing home and building two new ones. She’ll walk us through how she finds her deals, how she keeps her projects on track, and the system that lets her take on bigger projects without adding more hours to her day.
Join us on the Rooftop Garden at Fadó Irish Pub in Buckhead for an intimate evening built around one investor’s real playbook, with plenty of time for your questions. Come for the conversation, stay for the drinks, and connect with Atlanta investors who are active in this market. Space is limited, so grab your seat early.
What you’ll walk away with:
- How she sources deals. Where Leyla finds opportunities on the MLS, what she looks for, and how her finance background shapes the numbers she runs before making an offer.
- How to manage your GC. How she sets scope, keeps her GC on budget and on schedule, and what she’s learning as she works toward her own GC license.
- How to scale without burning out. The system that lets her run flips from start to finish around a full-time job, and how she’s growing into ground-up development.
- Design that drives your sale price. The renovation and staging decisions she makes to maximize value when it’s time to list.
- A room full of Atlanta investors. Connect with flippers, builders, wholesalers, agents, and lenders active in this market.
