FLEX are thrilled to share their partnership with We Work Well to offer the opportunity to gain your OFQUAL regulated Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health.
The one day course equips you to provide Mental Health First Aid as a first line response, including how and when to signpost someone towards further help.
The course covers :
· Trains staff to be qualified First Aiders for Mental Health
· Covers how to identify when an employee is struggling
· Provides you with the skills to provide support
· Considers ways you can build a culture of mental wellbeing in your business.
· Includes a First Aid for Mental Health manual for reference
A short written task concludes the day. The day after your course, you will have a ten minute discussion with Steve, your course leader, to complete your assessment. You will recieve your certificate on the same day.
The cost of this course is £120. If you are a FLEX member, this will be subsidised by us, and available for £85. Please ensure you are a FLEX member if booking the discounted rate.
