Join us for an evening devoted to one of gastronomy's most unexpected yet harmonious pairings: Rosé Champagne and fried chicken. With every pairing, guests will discover how Champagne can move beyond tradition and find a natural place beside the comforting flavors we know and love.
Begin with a welcome pour of Petite Fleur, an elegant introduction to the house style, while mingling in a cocktail-style setting. The experience then unfolds around a family-style feast designed to bring fellow enthusiasts together over shared plates and conversation.
Guests will then be welcomed by Alexis Blondel, Fleur de Miraval's principal ambassador and co-winemaker, for an intimate exploration of the maison's distinctive approach to Rosé Champagne.
The experience continues with a guided tasting and a 20-minute masterclass with Alexis offering an insider's perspective into the creation of Fleur de Miraval and the meticulous process that defines each cuvée. Guests will taste three exceptional cuvées, from the fresh elegance of Petite Fleur, to the exclusive ER2, brought directly from France and unavailable in the United States, and finally ER3, an expression of remarkable depth and complexity drawn from the maison's perpetual reserve.
More than a tasting, the evening invites guests to discover how naturally elegance and comfort can share the same table.
$162 per person, plus tax. Valet parking and gratuity are included.
$5 per ticket will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Meet Alexis Blondel
Since joining Champagne Fleur de Miraval in 2022 as Deputy Cellar Master, Alexis Blondel has played a key role in representing one of the world's most distinctive rosé Champagne houses. With experience spanning Dubai, New York, and Paris, including time with the renowned Ducasse group, Blondel works alongside Rodolphe Peters and the Perrin family to help shape the future of Fleur de Miraval and share its story with audiences around the globe.
