Forever Fitness is a group training gym located inside the Alexandria Mall in Alexandria, Louisiana. Founded in 2024 by Coach Cobbs, it's a zero-judgment space where members lift each other up and the word "can't" is banned. Classes run Monday through Thursday, with special weekkend events throughout the month. Our motto says it all: Live for a good time and a long time.built to help you slow down, breathe, and move with intention. Whether you're brand new to yoga or already have a practice, this class meets you where you are. Expect a full-body flow that loosens tight muscles, resets your mind, and leaves you feeling lighter than when you walked in.
