Meet the Speaker:
Dan Condell is the founder of DGC Strategy. He spent ten years in sales watching sharp owner-operators buried in work that had no business being theirs. Quotes. Follow-ups. The same email, written for the fifteenth time. Nobody questioned it. That was just the job.
Then one afternoon in 2022 he watched an AI do forty-five minutes of his prep work in under two minutes, and could not un-see it. He spent the next three years figuring out how to put that same capability in the hands of owner-operators. Not as a tool to hand off and forget. As a strategy to build around.
That is the work now. Dan teaches founders, CEOs, and their teams to use AI themselves, in plain language, on the work they already do. Big companies have always bought their edge through teams of specialists. Mid-market and local businesses just had to do without. AI closes that historic access gap overnight, and Dan focuses on the single remaining obstacle: building the practical AI literacy owners need to amplify their instincts, reclaim their time, and break past traditional limits.
He has taught at the LSUA Summit, with the SBDC, and to the Boundless Circle in Estepona, Spain. He lives in Alexandria with his wife Noemi, an Alexandria native who co-founded the med-tech company PaceMate, and their daughter.
