Flavor Excursions returns this October with an unforgettable culinary journey inspired by Chef Hopeton’s Jamaican roots.
Step into an evening of bold flavors, vibrant culture, and island warmth as we present a five-course dining experience that celebrates the heart and soul of Jamaica. Each course will showcase traditional influences reimagined through Chef Hopeton’s creative lens—think rich spices, fresh herbs, tropical fruits, and soulful techniques passed down through generations.
To heighten the experience, every dish will be thoughtfully paired with a curated rum tasting, highlighting the depth, history, and craftsmanship of Jamaica’s most iconic spirit. Guests will sip and savor a variety of expressions, learning how different profiles complement the food and tell a story of their own.
