Thrive Hair Bar DC is continuing its monthly professional natural hair education series with Two-Strand Flat Twists 101, an in-person, hands-on course designed for licensed cosmetologists, barbers, braiders, and natural hair professionals who want to sharpen their skills, expand their service offerings, and build stronger careers in natural hair care.
Flat twists are a versatile, low-tension styling technique that can be worn as a standalone protective style or incorporated into more intricate designs. But beautiful flat twists require more than neat parting. Understanding tension, product selection, hair density, and professional finishing techniques is essential to creating styles that look beautiful while supporting the health of your client's hair and scalp.
Throughout this course, you'll also have the opportunity to network with other beauty professionals, expand your styling versatility, and develop techniques you can immediately incorporate into your services—helping you build client trust, improve retention, increase bookability, and grow your earning potential.
