About this Event
Join us for a hands-on workshop to help beginner gym goers fix their form and get the most out of their workouts.
Having good form is essential to ensure you're targeting the right muscles, preventing injury and enjoying your session! We will:
- Cover the main functional movement patterns that you need to master
- Review how to perform key exercises and correct what needs to be adjusted
- Learn what should be included in your warm up and cool down
- Understand - and maintain - good posture, core engagement and breathing properly during exercise
There will be a cap at 10 people to ensure everyone gets a chance to practice.
This session is aimed at people who are beginners in a gym setting, so expect it to be welcoming, fun and high energy - I want you to leave knowing that you belong in a gym (and maybe with some new gym friends!)
This is a women only workshop, to create a safe space for the gym girlies!
When will it be? 07/02, starting at 11am
Where will it be? CityFitHub, a boutique fitness studio near Moorgate station (Northern, Metropolitan, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Elizabeth Line and Great Northern trains!)
How much? £20 per person.
