WHAT IS KAP?
KAP is a direct Kundalini Transmission of bio-energy or life force that activates the awakening of Kundalini. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realisations. It progresses you on the path to connect with your Higher-Self, your Souls plan, through a journey of releasing blockages, letting go of thoughts that no longer serve you and re alignment of Self. And ultimately the full free flow of Awakened Kundalini.It will not shock your system in any way. With a KAP transmission the energy comes in from the top of the crown, down towards the root chakra. There is a significant difference from other self-willed practises of Kundalini rising. Spontaneous movements can and do arise. But these are just some of the effects that can happen. A full explanation of the transmission will be provided.A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure. Every “symptom” or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations are seen regularly in participants.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A KAP SESSION?
You lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played.The facilitator touches or presses some of the chakras or meridian points on your body. That's it.That's all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story!

This is a group activation.
Wear loose and comfortable clothes.
Bring your own yoga mat or blanket to lie on.
Ideally, don't eat too much before the session.
LOCATION: Surya Hot Yoga. (walk to the very end of Elm Grove, building to your right - walk around to right side of new build)

Please arrive 5 minutes early to register. Event will start promptly at 11.15am.
Late-comers will not be allowed in once the transmission is underway!
Walk to the end of Elm Grove. In RED STUDIOS. Surya Hot Yoga studio is on the third floor. Walk around to the side, to keycode door and ring to enter.
Once inside take lift or stairs to third floor and you are there.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Tickets must be booked in advance through Kap Flow London or Flow to Heal. By purchasing a ticket, you accept these Terms (Cancellation Policy).
In the event you need to cancel your ticket, we require a notice period of 48 hours for a full refund.
If you are unable to attend the event you are welcome to sell your ticket privately, we just ask for you to forward the booking confirmation/information to them AND to let us know of the name change.
Please note that there are no refunds, or transferring of your ticket to a different location or date, within 48 hours of the event time and date.
If the event is cancelled by Kap Flow London and Flow to Heal. We will organize a transfer of funds to you between 14-21 days from the date of the event (without eventbrite's fee).
