A gentle, guided experience for those who want to feel more grounded, present, and energetically clear without needing to ‘know what you're doing’.
Whether you have experienced a sound bath of any kind or not, this is accessible for all.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected—to yourself and the energy of the month ahead.
Welcome to my monthly Saturday Sounding Session. Each month focuses on a different intention which is linked to the energy of the month and taken from my weekly online Sounding membership sessions. The theme for February is "Embrace The Space Between."
As we come towards the end of winter, but still not quite in Spring, Feburary can be one of the hardest months to navigate - so come and sound it in with me. We'll also be feeling into the energy around the Lunar New Year - shrugging off the last of the Wooden Snake before getting to ride the Fire Horse.
What makes a Vocal Sound Bath different? You may have attended, or heard of, sound baths with gongs, bowls or other instruments - I love instruments for sounding, but there is nothing like the voice.
With instruments you usually lie down and receive the sound waves that the practitioner is creating and your body and brain respond or react to the sounds provided. It works from the outside-in.
A vocal sound bath is an embodied, somatic, practice. You will be fully guided as you create the sound vibrations through your voice. Vocal Sounding is the only sound healing practice that works from the inside-out.
Panic not! Sounding is NOT singing .. there is no right or wrong note. I gently guide you through the whole practice and there's no right or wrong volume, sound or way to do this.
I will guide you through every step of the way.
We begin by setting your intention, then start the embodied somatic work.
What to Expect
Literally change your vibration as you sound and create an holisitc powerful shift, physically, mentally, energetically, emotionally & spiritually.
🌀 We’ll begin with intention-setting and breath
🎵 Then move into gentle hums and vocal resonance through the chakra energies
🌊 You’ll be gently guided into an open vocal sounding practice
🫧 No pressure. No performance.
✨ We close in silence allowing the sounds to resonate through us (what I call floating in the Sonic Pool) this allows you to receive insight, integration, or simply enjoy a moment of stillness
🖋️ Optional journaling + space to gently share or reflect at the end of the session, before moving into the rest of your day.
