Author Bio: Tala Rooh’s debut children’s book draws on her distinctive background in design and workforce development, blending creativity with a deep understanding of people. She spent many years collaborating with a team of life coaches specializing in emotional awareness and mindfulness techniques. These experiences offered her a powerful new lens to view emotions, not as problems to fix, but as valuable internal tools to use. This insight, combined with her favorite mantra “Use your tools!” became the guiding light behind this story.
Tala created this book to help young children connect more deeply with their big emotions. Through thoughtful storytelling and vibrant visuals, she invites readers to explore life’s ups and downs together, making the journey a little less bumpy and a lot more colorful.
